Thibault Chevrolet is looking for a key professional to join its administrative team and contribute to financial management and process optimization.
What you will do:
- Oversee the complete accounting cycle: accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger verification.
- Produce monthly financial statements and analyze financial performance.
- Prepare year-end documentation for external auditors.
- Provide operational and strategic support to the controller.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting and administrative processes.
- Perform any other related tasks as required by the department.
What we’re looking for in you:
- University degree in accounting or college diploma in administrative techniques with significant experience
- Experience in a car dealership is an asset
- Leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent command of Excel and good knowledge of computer systems (Serti is a plus)
- Proactive attitude, ability to question processes, and team spirit
- High sense of ethics and professionalism
