We are looking for a key person to support our operations, positioned at the heart of reception and customer contact.
What you’ll do:

- Warmly welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate resources
- Answer calls, screen inquiries, and transfer calls
- Manage and organize shared email inboxes
- Process payments, refunds, and issue receipts for customers
Support the controller with various accounting-related tasks
- File and organize documents
What we’re looking for:
- DEP diploma in Secretarial Studies, Accounting, or Administration
- Experience as a receptionist in an automotive dealership
- Excellent stress and priority management
- Strong customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced French-English bilingualism
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a team
- Comfortable with various computer systems
