ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Region : Reception

We are looking for a key person to support our operations, positioned at the heart of reception and customer contact.

 

What you’ll do:

    • Warmly welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate resources
    • Answer calls, screen inquiries, and transfer calls
    • Manage and organize shared email inboxes
    • Process payments, refunds, and issue receipts for customers

Support the controller with various accounting-related tasks

  • File and organize documents

What we’re looking for:

  • DEP diploma in Secretarial Studies, Accounting, or Administration
  • Experience as a receptionist in an automotive dealership
  • Excellent stress and priority management
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Intermediate to advanced French-English bilingualism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Comfortable with various computer systems
